Quickstart guide to your Palworld server.

Checking PalWorldSettings.ini​

  1. The first thing you will want to do when you get your Palworld server is head over to the properties tab. Note: You will need to check to see if the PalWorldSettings.ini file is editable, if it says it dosnt exist or cant be edited create a ticket here.

Adding a Password to your server​

  1. Want to keep your server private? Well you can do that by adding a password.
  • Head over to the properties tab
  • Scroll down to find the ServerPasswordPlease Note: Due to bugs, you cant have numbers in the password.

Becoming an Admin on your server​

  1. Want to become an admin on your server?
  • Head over to the properties tab
  • Scroll down to find the ServerAdminPassword.
  • When you load into the game next use the admin password instead of the server password.

Optimising your Server​

Want to fix that memory leak issue? A super simple way of doing this would be to reinstall the server.

  1. Create a backup of your server
  2. Head to the startup tab
  3. Scroll down to the Reinstall button.
  4. Done the reinstall script will edit the Engine.ini file and make some changes that should help fix that memory leak.
